นอกจากหนังแอ็กชันที่เริ่มสร้างชื่อให้ Netflix อย่างต่อเนื่องแล้ว ซีรีส์แฟนตาซีพีเรียดที่ The Witcher ได้กรุยทางไว้ (ขออนุญาตข้าม Marco Polo หรือ Outlander นะครับเพราะถือเป็นซีรีส์คนละโทน) ก็ได้กลายเป็นอีกหนึ่งแหล่งสร้างชื่อและหวังดูดสมาชิกมาเสียตังค์ โดยคราวนี้ได้ แคเธอรีน แลงฟอร์ด สาวน้อยที่เคยฆ่าตัวตายในนาม แฮนนา เบเคอร์ จากซีรีส์วัยรุ่นสุดฮิตของ Netflix อย่าง 13 Reasons Why ในซีซัน 1-2 มารับบทนำใน CURSED ซีรีส์จาก กราฟิกโนเวล (จัดอยู่ในประเภทใกล้เคียงกับหนังสือการ์ตูน หรือคอมิก) ก็ทำให้ตัวซีรีส์มีความน่าสนใจมากเลยทีเดียว CURSED เล่าเรื่องราวที่เป็นที่รู้จักกันดีอยู่แล้วอย่างตำนานกษัตริย์อาเธอร์และอัศวินโต๊ะกลม เพียงแต่เปลี่ยนโฟกัสมาที่จุดศูนย์กลางเป็นเรื่องของ นีมุย (แคเธอรีน แลงฟอร์ด) ภูติสาวที่มีพลังลึกลับเกินควบคุมที่ต้องรับคำสั่งเสียสุดท้ายจากแม่ให้นำดาบแห่งอำนาจที่จะใช้ตัดสินว่าใครคือกษัติร์ย์ที่แท้จริงไปมอบให้แก่ เมอร์ลิน (กุสตาฟ สการ์สการ์ด) พ่อมดขี้เมา ความหวังเดียวที่จะหยุดสงครามชิงอำนาจที่กำลังกัดกินแผ่นดินให้สงบลงได้ จนเธอได้พบกับ อาร์เธอร์ (เดวอน เทอเรล) วนิพกพเนจรที่มีฝีดาบเหนือชั้นผู้มาทำให้ความรู้สึกของเธอไม่เหมือนเดิมอีกต่อไปแต่ภารกิจนี้ไม่ง่ายเพราะดันมีผู้ต้องการดาบมากมายรวมถึง คาร์เดน (ปีเตอร์ มุลลาน) ผู้นำนักบวชชุดแดงกองกำลังทำลายล้างเหล่าภูติอย่างเธอที่ต้องการดาบเพื่อให้อำนาจของคริสตจักรอยู่เหนือการต่อกร ดูซีรี่ย์

Who is the real King to give to Merlin (Gustav Scarsgard) A drunken sorcerer, his only hope is to halt the war for power that is consuming the land. Until she meets Arthur (Devon Terrell), a wandering wanderer with superior swordsmanship who comes to make her feel the same anymore, but this mission is not easy because there are many people who want swords.
